The Vessel

Built for the harbours of the
zero-emission era

The OBLUE E60 is an 18.5-metre all-electric crew and utility catamaran in full carbon fiber, engineered for the daily grind of port operations — delivered, classed and proven at sea.

Slim demi-hulls cut drag and wake; twin direct-drive motors and a 720 kWh marine LFP battery move 12 passengers, 5 crew and 2 tonnes of cargo in near silence — with zero local emissions, classed by CCS for coastal service.

  • Carbon fiber sandwich composite hull
  • CCS class — HSC Traffic Boat notation, coastal service
  • 12 passengers + 5 crew + 2,000 kg cargo deck
  • First of class delivered June 2026

Electric Drive

Power, without the noise

Rooftop solar array and electric drive system of the OBLUE E60
01

Twin Direct-Drive Motors

2 × 125 kW medium-speed motors (140 kW peak) turn fixed-pitch propellers with no gearbox — fewer moving parts, less noise, less maintenance.

02

Redundant by Design

Two independent DC switchboards and twin AC boards: if one bus fails, the other keeps both propellers turning at safe speed. One-key start, full remote monitoring over 4G.

03

Charged Between Shifts

Dual CCS2 guns at up to 2 × 120 kW refill the pack in 2.7 hours; shore power covers the night and a rooftop solar array keeps lighting and UPS loads off the traction bank.

04

Safety Beyond Class

FM200 fire suppression, explosion-proof gas and temperature sensors in the battery spaces, fire-retardant coatings below the waterline — CCS battery-power notation.

Performance

Speed or range — dial it in

Sea-trial data from the delivered vessel: choose a speed, read the true power draw and range. One battery, three very different missions.

General Arrangement

Eighteen metres, every one working

Forward cargo deck for two pallets (6 m², 2 t), twin battery rooms amidships, 12-seat passenger cabin with W.C. aft — central wheelhouse with all-round visibility.

On Board

A working cabin, finished like a lounge

Twelve high-back seats with lifejackets stowed beneath, tables for the paperwork, split air conditioning, a W.C. with electric toilet — everything a crew shift needs, nothing it doesn’t.

The Platform

One hull, your mission

The delivered crew boat is one point in a family engineered on the same carbon catamaran platform. Tell us the route — we configure the boat.

In service — 2026

E60 Crew

12 + 5 persons · 16 kn · 40–130 nm · 2 t deck cargo

The proven baseline: CCS-classed electric traffic boat with 720 kWh pack, 2.7 h dual-gun charging and a fendered cargo bow.

Engineered proposal

E60 Ferry

26–29 passengers · ≥ 15 kn · 1 h fast charge (360 kW)

Liquid-cooled 1C battery, wider 5.66 m beam, crew berths with shower — the commuter-ferry layout on the same hull and mould.

Engineered proposal

E60 Cargo

15 t payload · 15–30 pallets · ≥ 12 kn · ~2,000 kWh

A 19.9 m waterline stretch with full-rotation contra-rotating thrusters and up to 900 kW charging — pallets in, emissions out.

Superstructure inset 150 mm from the deck edge for safe berthing alongside; embarkation port and starboard, fore and aft. Ferry and Cargo are engineering proposals, subject to class and final design.
